Patsy is a smart women that children just adore. She could be anywhere and children would take a liken to her. She is currently a Director of Early Head Start in the county where she resides. The mother of 6 children and has been married to Eric for over 30 years. She has lived in Okinawa, Japan and other places during her husband's military career.
